Worked in diverse leadership roles in defining, managing and executing major large IT initiatives. Known for being a strong team leader with a proven track record, meeting goals and schedules, organization challenges and leading people. Cathay’s specialtie are Startup’s, Program Management, Software development life-cycle, investment governance, business management offices, organizational change, facilitation, technical and business strategy planning. Cathay is also an Autism Advocate with two brothers on the spectrum.
