Linkdeln Bio: Dustin is a Certified Financial Planner who began his career with UBS in 2006, and wore many hats while learning the business from the ground up. He joined Waterfront Wealth Management in 2008, which happened to coincide with the beginning of one of the most difficult times in economic history. His experience working with clients through these challenging times uncovered his true passion of helping people and strengthened his commitment to improving the lives of his clients.
Dustin plans each client’s wealth management strategy around their unique goals and circumstances. With a refined planning process at its core, he recognizes that every client has a unique set of circumstances and aspirations and employs a detailed discovery process that enables him to deeply understand not just the client’s financial data, but more importantly, their values, passions and vision. This allows him to take all the pieces of a client’s financial puzzle and put them in place.
Dustin’s proudest accomplishment is his family. He married his college sweetheart, Debbie, and now resides in Lakeside, California. They love spending time with their two beautiful daughters, Gracie and Alyssa, and their two loyal dogs. Dustin is very passionate about causes near and dear to his family, giving back to his community by serving as President of the Autism Society San Diego, where he has previously volunteered in various roles including Vice President and Treasurer since his daughter’s diagnosis of autism in 2016. He’s also a member of the East County Economic Development Council, volunteering to help bridge employment gaps and increase economic opportunities for individuals and small businesses in his community.
